1. Check the task center to see if the software is currently organizing your photo library. If so, please wait patiently.
2. The photos and videos themselves do not contain geolocation information.
3. If the photos are backed up from a mobile phone, there is a possibility that they are compressed by the phone manufacturer and do not have geolocation information in the EXIF data, while the original photos are backed up on the phone manufacturer’s cloud. This may occur with some Android phones. Even if you see that the photo has geolocation on your phone, it does not mean that the EXIF data in the photo contains geolocation information.
